We've had a busy week. Between Phil's midterms and work and weddings and family time... We have had a lot to do. Here are some of the highlights.

| Meet the Mormons |
Phil and I had the privilege of watching "Meet the Mormons" on opening night last night. We went with my parents and sister. I had high expectations because I'd watched the trailers and clips so many times. I think I've watched every mormon.org profile video there is... Each multiple times. Needless to say, I was excited.
The movie was better than I anticipated. I think it's a great introduction into the Mormon faith, but more than that, it shows just what kind of people we are. Mormons, or members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, come from all walks of life. We each have struggles and trials that we face. We are not perfect. This movie reminded me that we are followers of Jesus Christ. We love Him and His gospel. We know that God has a plan for not only us, but for each of His children.
If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it.
Earlier this week, Phil and I went to our friends', Brady and Tracie, sealing. Brady, Tracie, and Phil were all in the same freshman ward, and Tracie and I went to high school together. When Phil and I were dating/engaged, I told Brady multiple times that he should date Tracie. I'm so glad that he finally took my advice.
We were able to go to their sealing on Thursday afternoon. Words cannot even describe the spirit and peace that resides in the house of God. I was taken back to the day that Phil and I were sealed eight months ago. We made such sacred promises to each other and to our Heavenly Father, and He promised us incredible blessings in return. I was overcome with joy when I realized that I was bound to Phil for the rest of eternity. Nothing could separate us from each other. What an incredible blessing.
Brady and Tracie had a beautiful sealing as well. The day was perfect. The weather was fantastic and they both looked so happy. Phil and I learned that we're not very good at taking selfies, but we did document our presence.

| SLC in Fall... Love It! |
I am so happy for my friends. Truly the greatest blessing we can receive in this life is to find the one we love and seal ourselves to them for eternity. Families are central to God's plan and temples are where families can begin. I love the temple and the peace I feel there. I know it is the house of God.
