Today was the first time of many times that Phil will be asked that question in the next few months. He had his first medical school interview at Wake Forest this morning! We are so excited that he got called in so early; this is the first week that the school is conducting interviews.
He said he really liked the area and made great connections with the doctors who interviewed him. How could you not love this place?

Because I was able to be a visa waiter on my mission in North Carolina, this is one of my top picks. The state is gorgeous and the culture is friendly. I'm a fan, but trying to be unbiased. We'll see how that goes...
P.S. Phil, if you're reading this, I just want you to know how proud I am of you. I am so lucky to be married to such an amazing man.
